Anniversary Getaway!

Clearly June 26th remains one of the most special days of our lives and one worth celebrating each year!! Dave and I took advantage of some alone time together this weekend by a surprise trip to Bend Oregon. We left Friday morning and arrived home this afternoon. We had a great weekend together and of course took lots of pictures!

The first day of our trip it was a raining monsoon mess! Dave and I had a lot of laughs being that we were in Sun River and Bend....Looking for the SUN and the RIVER!

 Saturday morning we woke up, went out to a nice breakfast and went on a hike at Pilot Butte. The views though a bit cloudy were still beautiful!

After our hike we went to Taste Of Bend. All the local restaurant and vendors were set up...Tons of food, drinks and music! We shopped and walked around and had a great afternoon!

 Saturday night we went to McMenamins Old Church but before that, we checked out the Old Mill District!
