My neighbor and Friend, Emily, has a dog named Penny. Penny is in love with my rescued Terrier, Chihuahua!! They have play dates quite often! Yesterday was quite a muddy one, so we threw them in Emily's bath tub for a photo op moment. Look at these sweet bubbly photos.
